Serve this lovely scone for breakfast or at tea time! You can substitute raspberries, blueberries or strawberries for the cranberries.
This dessert pizza was originally made with pizza crust. I have substituted crescent rolls which are easier to prepare. The cheese and apple combination is delicious!

These mini quiches are made in muffin tins! They're great for a brunch! Prepare the night before and refrigerate.
