This great muffin/loaf recipe, courtesy of my neighbour, Mary Ann, has lots of options! Makes 2 loaves, or up to 24 muffins.

These squares are rich! Cut them into 1-inch squares.

My mom has been making this wonderful cake since I was young. Cook it today and serve it another day. It tastes even better when its had a day or two to age!
