This tasty appetizer is great for a winter evening party.

Very finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and place in a small bowl. Mix in parsley and garlic.
Using a sharp knife, score the top of the brie.
Place the brie in an ovenproof serving dish that is larger than the brie. Place the sun-dried tomato topping on the brie, and cook in 350°F oven for about 20 minutes or until it bubbles.
Serve with your favourite crackers.
HALF RECIPE - 225g/4oz. round brie, 6 sundried tomatoes, 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, 1 clove garlic. Follow the same directions.
