Filling

  • 4 cup(s) peeled, cored, sliced pears
  • 2 cup(s) frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup(s) packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon(s) cinnamon

Topping

  • ¾ cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup(s) packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup(s) rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup(s) butter, melted

Strawberry Pear Crumble Directions

Place strawberries and pears in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Gently toss the flour mixture with the fruit. Spread in lightly buttered 8 or 9 inch square baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar and oats. Drizzle with butter and stir until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the fruit mixture.

Bake in 350°F oven until golden and bubbly, about 50 minutes.
