Place strawberries and pears in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Gently toss the flour mixture with the fruit. Spread in lightly buttered 8 or 9 inch square baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar and oats. Drizzle with butter and stir until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the fruit mixture.
Bake in 350°F oven until golden and bubbly, about 50 minutes.
