Recipe
- 8 thin slices of mild Genoa salami
- 8 thin slices of hot Genoa Salami
- 16 pickled asparagus spears, or 4 large dill pickles, quartered longways
- ½ of 150 gm package of Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs spread
Asparagus Roll-ups Directions
Spread about 1 teaspoon of Boisin spread on each piece of salami, and then wrap a slice of salami around an asparagus spear.
Place on a serving tray!
