  • 1 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 to 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped basil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
  • dash of salt and pepper

Balsamic Dipping Oil Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Let stand for 2 hours to the flavours to mature.

Serve in small individual bowls for each guest, or provide each guest a side plate on which the oil can be drizzled.
