These mini quiches are made in muffin tins! They're great for a brunch! Prepare the night before and refrigerate.

Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
Fold shaved ham in half and place in bottom of each cup, overlapping the sides. Crack one egg into each cup, and cover each egg with about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese.
Top each cup with a pinch of dried basil, and less than 1 teaspoon of half and half 10% cream.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in 350°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
