This recipe makes 2 loaves and 6 muffins!

In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar, oil, pumpkin and 2/3 cup water. Add wet mixture and mix just until blended. Add raisins and nuts, if desired.
Line two 9x5 loaf pans with wax paper, and line 6 muffin cups with paper liners. Foil the 6 muffin cups with batter to 2/4 full. pour remaining batter evenly into the loaf pans.Bake in 350°F oven - loaves for 1 hr, 20 minutes, and muffins for 18 to 22 minutes. Test with toothpick. If it is clean when removed from batter, the loaves/muffins are done.
Let the loaf pans cool for 30 minutes and then remove from pans.
