Tasty pumperknickel!

DIP-Thaw spinach in a medium bowl. Add mayo, sour cream, green onions and vegetable soup mix. Blend well.
Place the loaf on a large serving platter. Cut a large hole out of the centre of the loaf and add the dip.
Cut the piece of loaf which was cut out into 1 1/2" pieces, place them around the loaf and serve.
When the pieces have been eaten, cut more from edges of loaf. There is enough dip for the entire loaf.
MAKE AHEAD - make the dip up to 3 hours prior to serving and refrigerate. Prepare pumperknickel when you are ready to serve.
