Herb Dip MixFeatured

This is a great mix. I grind it into a powder using my mini food processor. A five times recipe has also been provided so you can make a large batch. Store the mix in a sealed jar for later use.

  • 2 tablespoon(s) dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon(s) dried minced chives
  • 2 teaspoon(s) lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
  • 1½ teaspoon(s) dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt

Five Times Recipe

  • ½ cup(s) + 2 tablespoon(s) dried parsley
  • ¼ cup(s) + 1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
  • ¼ cup(s) + 1 tablespoon(s) dried minced chives
  • 3 tablespoon(s) + 1 teaspoon(s) lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon(s) + 1½ teaspoon(s) dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoon(s) + 1½ teaspoon(s) dried tarragon
  • 5 teaspoon(s) salt

Herb Dip Mix Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a measuring cup. Transfer to a small food processor and process until the ingredients become a fine powder. A coffee bean grinder can also be used.

Store the mix in a sealed jar for later use.

 

TO MIX THE DIP:

Add about 3/4 cup of sour cream to a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of herb mix. Stir and taste. Add additional herb mix if necessary.
