This sweet topper is wonderful.
For 6 Serving(s)
In a small bowl, combine pecan pieces, coconut, finely chopped dates, and finely chopped cranberries.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut off top rind of the brie cheese and discard.
Place brie in brie baker, and arrange mixture on top. Drizzle with maple syrup.
Bake on middle rack of oven until cheese is softened, about 10 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
