Prepare this breakfast dish the night before!
For 8 Serving(s)
Saute onion, green and red pepper, and cooked ham. Fold the sauté mix into 2 cups grated cheddar cheese.
Spoon in equal portions onto flour tortillas, and roll tortillas up. Place each roll (seam side down) into a greased 9x13 pan.
Blend eggs, milk and flour and pour over tortillas. Top with the remaining cheddar.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
