Serve these veggies on top of a steak, as a side dish or on top of rice.

Clean peppers, and remove core and seeds. Cut them in 1x2-inch pieces, and place in a large bowl.
Wash mushrooms. If large, cut in half. Add them to the bowl.
Peel onion. Cut one half into 2 inch pieces and add them to the bowl.
Pour vegetable oil over the vegetables and toss. Sprinkle pepper and salt on them, and toss again.
BBQ: Heat barbecue to 350°F. Place vegetables in a grill basket and close lid of BBQ. Allow them to cook for 8 minutes, watching them carefully. Lift BBQ lid and toss veggies. Cook for 8 additional minutes, toss and remove from BBQ.
SAUTÉ on stove: Place in a large frypan and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes or until they reach desired tenderness.
Place in heat resistant bowl and serve.
