A great weekend crockpot meal. Double-up this recipe for great freezable leftovers.

Place beef in crockpot and toss with flour until the beef is fully coated. Add tomato soup, beef broth, onion, potatoes, carrots, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low setting for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Remove lid for 1/2 hour, which will allow the stew to thicken.
Serve with fresh Italian or French bread.
