  • 2 bananas
  • 3/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 3 tablespoon(s) milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup(s) butter, melted
  • 1 3/4 cup(s) flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup(s) chocolate chips, if desired

Two-Banana Muffins Directions

In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add sugar, milk and egg. Add melted butter. Set aside.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold into the banana mixture. Add chocolate chips.

Fill greased or paper-lined muffin tins with batter and bake in 350°F oven for 20 minutes. Test doneness by inserting toothpick. If it is batter-free when withdrawn from the muffin, the muffins are done.

Cool on wire rack.
